The Product / Brand Manager at DMA Group is responsible for managing and developing assigned product lines and international brands within the veterinary and agricultural portfolio. This role focuses on driving product performance, market positioning, and growth by combining technical understanding with commercial strategy.

The position involves close coordination with international partners, internal sales teams, and customers to ensure effective product introduction, promotion, and long-term market success. The Product Manager plays a key role in aligning global brand strategies with local market needs, ensuring strong product presence and sustainable growth across Iraq.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned product lines or brands, ensuring strong positioning and market performance.
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market needs.
  • Coordinate with international partners regarding product updates, training, and business development.
  • Support the sales team with product knowledge, materials, and market insights.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor product performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in animal health, feed industry, or product management.
  • Strong understanding of veterinary products, feed additives, or agricultural solutions.
  • Experience working with international brands or suppliers is preferred.
  • Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English for communication with international partners.
