Feed Production Manager

Job Description

The Feed Production Manager at DANFEED Factory is responsible for overseeing all production operations, ensuring the efficient manufacturing of high-quality animal feed and premix products. This role manages the full production process, from raw material intake to final product output, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost efficiency.

The position plays a key role in maintaining production standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. The Production Manager works closely with quality control, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth and reliable factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations and oversee feed production processes.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste to improve efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards for all products.
• Supervise production staff and ensure proper training and performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for raw material supply and production planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Feed Technology, Agriculture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in feed production or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of feed formulation and production processes.
• Experience managing factory teams and operations.
• Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
